GIFT ORDERS
Yes! I am happy to write a gift note on your behalf. After you have added an item or items to you cart, a cart should pop out showing what's inside. At the bottom near the check out button you’ll see a section inviting you to “Add a Gift Note or special instructions”. Pop your gift note in there and I’ll handwrite it on a card for you.
I do, here's the link to my gift cards. Once you order the gift card and enter your recipient's email address, you'll receive a receipt and your recipient will receive a digital gift card with information about the amount and the code needed to redeem it.
WALLPAPER
Because all wallpaper orders are custom printed for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on wallpaper. I highly encourage you to order wallpaper swatches before committing to full rolls. This ensures the wallpaper sticks to your unique surface and you’re happy with its color, texture and scale.
If you’re wallpapering a bathroom without a shower or bath, then go ahead and order swatches!* However, I can't recommend using our wallpaper for bathrooms with a shower or bath because the steam can cause the wallpaper edges to curl over time.
*It’s always recommended you order test swatches first to confirm the wallpaper sticks to your unique surface.
CALENDAR PREORDERS
Preorders for next year’s calendar begin in August. To be notified when preorders are open, please sign up for my newsletter. I usually start shipping calendar preorders in late October-early November.
Calendar preorders are one of the most helpful ways you can support my art, it helps me know how many calendars to order, it helps me pay for the enormous printing bill upfront. It benefits you because you get a discount, are guaranteed the the quantity you want (many people preorder over 10) and you’ll be the first to receive your calendars. Win win.

Yes, of course. Honestly, it’s easiest for me if calendar preorders are separate from other orders, but whatever is most helpful to you is great for me. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
SHIPPING + SUSTAINABILITY
Processing can take 2-3 days depending on the product… or my physical state, due to the fact that I am, ya know, human.
Orders shipped within the United States should be delivered within 5-8 business days.
Orders shipped to Canada should be delivered within 7-15 business days and orders shipped worldwide should be delivered within 12-25 business days depending on the location.
Delivery times may vary, especially during the holidays.
Yes! Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75. It will be automatically applied at checkout.
I am based in the US and ship internationally to most countries. Rates and timing vary depending on destination. If you are having issues with international shipping for your order, please contact me, I’d love to help you if I can.
I ship items with recyclable, recycled, and compostable materials. I use minimal packaging and avoid using plastic as much as I can (and only if it will protect the artwork).
There are a few products in my shop that I partner with other manufacturers to produce on-demand. Wallpaper and large prints ship directly from the manufacturer. This helps me, my business and the planet in many ways. You can purchase multiple different types of items in one order, and they may come in multiple shipments as needed.
It’s important to me to reduce my eco footprint as much as possible in my process. I partner with production companies for some of my products so they can be made to order, eliminating waste in the process. Each item is made especially for you.
ETC
If your order arrives damaged, please let me know within 30 days of delivery. Send photos of the damage to the piece and the shipping box. That helps me understand the issue, how I can help you (with a replacement or refund), and how I can prevent it from happening again. Otherwise, sales are final.
Absolutely, if you want to purchase something but can’t do that without a discount, I completely respect that. Just contact me!
